Shipping & Delivery

In order to our pre-order production process, your order will be produced in 10-21 days. You can contact us for any questions hello@liojewels.com

Your order will be shipping through DHL. It usally arrives within 2-3 working days except regional holidays or may be extented depends on countries. You are being provided with an estimated delivery date on the checkout page.

Shipping costs depends to your country and total size/weight of order.When placing your order shipping cost will be calculated automatically for DHL company. 

Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (except regional holidays).

 

Customs Documents

ATR, FORM A, EUR1/EUR-MED movement certificates can be prepared  for your shipment according to your request.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Order Tracking

You can track your package using the link supplied in your order confirmation email. Should you have any questions about its progress, please contact either DHL in the first instance as they will be best placed to inform you of the status of your delivery.

Damages 

Lios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  

High Protection Packaging:

  • Your goods will be dispatched in quality packaging to give high protection of your shipment during transportation.We completely fill empty space within the box to avoid contents moving during transit which can cause damage to both contents and box.
  • For small shipment under 3 kg, we wrap merchandise tightly with air bubble protection. Then we place void filler on the base of the box then around the item to ensure there are no gaps or movement. We then use high quality corrugated cardboard to pack your shipment.
  • For shipment between 3 kg – 25kg per parcel, we pack your merchandises as we did with small shipment and put them in the metal box which is filled with void filler on all sides of the box to restrict any movement of the inner box. We will use a second cardboard outer box and insert foam board in between to offer highest safety protection.

Door-to-Door Delivery:  You will receive your tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order.  Most worldwide express couriers cover domestic and international shipments with a value up to $100USD against damage or loss by default.  You are recommended to buy additional insurance coverage for protection.

Time Definite:  Most orders take 3-5 business days to reach the destination and 5-10 business days if the parcel passes through the local Customs Inspection. The customs clearance service is included.  All packages are sent Signature Required. Should an order be returned to us after failed delivery attempts, customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Inspect your Parcel: At time of delivery please check the labels on all handling units to be certain they are yours and carefully inspect the parcel for any loss and damage on the delivery.  As the recipient, you must identify and document loss and/or damage on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.  When the damage is discovered after time of delivery, it must be reported to the delivering carrier at the earliest. Notice must also be confirmed in writing by mail.
